The short version: These terms cover your use of our website and our text messages. Each reservation is also governed by the rental agreement and policies you accept when you book.
These Terms of Use apply to novaranightlyrentals.com, book.novaranightlyrentals.com, and text and email messages from Novara Nightly Rentals LLC ("Novara," "we," "us"). By using our website or signing up for our messages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
When you book a stay, you agree to the rental agreement, house rules, cancellation policy, and payment terms shown at the time of booking. If those booking terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the booking terms control for your reservation.
We work to keep home descriptions, photos, amenities, and pricing accurate and current. Photos show each home as it was when photographed, and furnishings or decor may change over time. Rates and availability can change until a reservation is confirmed. If we find an error in a price or listing, we may correct it, including before or after a booking is made, and we will contact you if it affects your reservation.
Novara Nightly Rentals offers two text message programs. You choose each one separately on our forms:
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you sign up again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (435) 515-3511 or [email protected].

The Novara name, logo, photos, text, and design on this website belong to Novara Nightly Rentals LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages for personal use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Our site may link to websites run by others, such as maps, local attractions, and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Our website is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Information about local attractions, distances, and travel times is provided for convenience and may change.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Novara Nightly Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under your rental agreement or under law that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute related to these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
