The short version: We collect the information you give us so we can answer your questions, manage your stay, and send the messages you agree to receive. We never sell your information, and we never share your phone number or text messaging consent with anyone for their marketing.

Who we are

Novara Nightly Rentals LLC ("Novara," "we," "us") rents and manages vacation homes in St. George, Washington, and Hurricane, Utah. This policy explains how we handle information collected through novaranightlyrentals.com, our booking site at book.novaranightlyrentals.com, our forms, and our text and email messages.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a stay, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, travel dates, number of guests, and anything you write in a message.

Booking and payment information. Reservations and payments are handled through our booking platform and third-party payment processors. Card numbers are processed by those providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and general location based on your IP address. We may use cookies and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

How we use your information

  • To answer your questions and respond to requests
  • To process and manage reservations, including check-in details and stay communication
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates about your stay
  • To send promotional messages, only if you have agreed to receive them
  • To prepare and maintain our homes for your stay
  • To improve our website and guest experience
  • To meet legal, tax, and safety obligations

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Novara Nightly Rentals. There are two separate types, and you choose each one:

  • Booking messages: reservation confirmations, check-in instructions, reminders, and updates about your stay.
  • Promotional messages: occasional offers and news about our homes.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. The only exception is the service providers who help us send messages, and they may use your number solely to deliver our messages to you.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our booking platform, payment processors, customer messaging and email tools, and website host
  • Our cleaning and maintenance teams, who receive only the details needed to prepare a home for your stay
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, to collect taxes we are required to remit, or to protect our guests, homes, and business
  • A business transfer, if Novara is ever sold or merged, subject to the protections in this policy

How long we keep information

We keep your information as long as we need it to provide our services, keep accurate business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. After that, we delete it or remove details that identify you.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established, secure providers for bookings and payments. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing emails.
  • Contact us to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we are required to keep.
  • Set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, such as maps, local attractions, or social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
